Fallout 2-ChallangesBudget cutsHead over to the Enclave, and reach Horrigan. Your task is to defeat him, using only a 10mm Pistol, and no armour. Horrigan has a really big gun, so you would be advised to have a lot of HP, and a lot of stimpacks. Activating the counter-insurgency option wouldn't be a bad idea either.
